Yes you read that right... PEANUT BUTTER Granola Bars! I don't know about you but whenever I see anything nut buttery I am aaall over that! And because I love nut butters so much I thought I would create some really simple and easy to make granola bars. These are great just as a little afternoon pick-me-up, a grab-and-go snack or a post-workout snack. Or even breakfast if you really fancy!
When it comes to snacks I will be the first to grab for something sweet when hungry. It doesn't matter what it is- chocolate, sweets, popcorn- I will have it if I'm unprepared and haven't pre-planned or brought my own snack with me. So that's why I love making these kinds of things! They are quick and easy to make, you don't need any fancy ingredients and they keep well for a week so you have a constant supply of them!
