What is 'The YOU Plan' ?
Everywhere you look you see the same stuff- plans for everything! 12 weeks this, 8 weeks that and blah blah blah...
Now, I'm not saying there is anything wrong with that and thousands of people see results from these kinds of plans but, I'm not about giving you 12 weeks to grow your booty or 8 weeks to getting abs and I'm certainly not about quick fixes, just nope.
So what am I and The YOU Plan about then?
Me and my snazzy little 'plan' (I say 'plan' because I'm not really into plans but I had to call it something) are about enjoying exercise, setting achievable goals, making small day-to-day lifestyle changes that eventually lead to BIG lifestyle changes, looking after yourself and most importantly having the right balance in your life. It's about not putting too much pressure on yourself and just enjoying the journey.
What can I expect from 'The YOU Plan'?
As the title suggests this is all about you as an individual. You will get...
1-1 Initial Consultation via Skype or Phone
An initial consultation where we can just get to know each other. We will discuss goals, your current fitness levels, diet, etc.
Bespoke exercise plan tailored to your goals
A plan completely tailored to you as an individual and your goals. Whether it be strength, muscle gain, fat-loss or just generally improving your fitness levels. No two plans are ever the same, the same as no two people are ever the same.
Freedom to train when and where you want
A mixture of home and gym based workouts will be provided in the plan, depending on your preferences and what you have access to. You will have the freedom to decide what days you train.
A guide to healthy and nutritious foods, recipe ideas and NOT cutting any food groups out.
24 hour access to me via e-mail, WhatsApp or phone
I will be available to answer questions and just general chat 24/7 :)
